I Sarah Cockayne of Marshall County West Virginia being of sound diposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this writing to be my last will and Testament. After the payment of my just debts I give and bequeath my household and kitchen furniture and all my property of all kins whatsoever, including money notes, accounts, rights of action, rents and profits from real estate that may belong or be due to me, to my two daughters Sallie L and Martha Ellis in equal proportions. Given under my hand this 7th day of March 1881.

Signed by Mrs. Sarah Cockayne with her mark in our presence, the same having been first read to her in our presecne, when she declard that it was her last
will and testament. Whereupon with her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other subscribes our names hereto as witnesses.
