Mrs. Grace Ayers, formerly Miss Grace Stark of Olympia, died in Seattle Sunday. She had lived practically all of her life in this city and as an artist she was well known by her oil paintings. At one time she kept a studio in the Kneeland building. Besides the husband there survives a little baby one year old; two sisters, Mrs. Samuel Burroughs of Olympia and Mrs. Fauvor of Lacey, and a brother, Grant Stark of Seattle.

The body will arrive in Olympia today and be taken to the Mills' chapel where friends may view if from 11 until 1 o'clock, at which time it will be taken to the Odd Fellows cemetery for interment.
