Mr. Jewell is survived by his widow, Mrs. Nena Jewell; two sons, Charles A. Jewell of Fort Necessity, and Olin A. Jewell of Columbia; and three daughters, Mrs. Durell Langley, Mrs. Y. Ross and Miss Willie Mae Jewell, all of Fort Necessity.
The funeral procession left the family residence here Friday morning at 8 o'clock and traveled overland to the Zion Hill cemetery near Winnfield where services were conducted at 11 a.m. by Rev. N. J. Fox. Interment follows in Zion Hill cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral home of Winnsboro.
