Surviving are his wife, Blanche Brooks Covey; three sons, James V. Covey Jr., Radford, John R. Covey, Randy M. Covey, Pulaski; three daughters, Mrs. Jlmmy_Umberger, Wythevllle, Brenda L. Covey, Lissa S. Covey, at home; his mother, Mrs. J. J. Covey, Pulaski; three sisters, Mrs. Estel Price, Mrs. Colleen Armbrlster, Pulaski, Mrs.Bennle Furr, Petersburg.
The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Dora Highway Baptist Church, Pulaski, with entombment In Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home Is handling arrangements.
