Mrs. Elsie Grace Brooks, 69, of 522 Fairfax Street, died Monday morning in the Radford Community Hospital. She was the widow of Wilbur R. Brooks. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Faye Dishon, of Radford; and Mrs. Hazel Kopko of Norfolk; three sons, Donald G. Brooks, of Richmond; Wayne J. Brooks of Newport News, and Kenneth D, Brooks of Chicago; two brothers, Willie Snow and Arthur Snow, both of Harriman, TN; three sisters, Mrs. Lelia Bryon of Birmingham, AL; Mrs. Norma Mullins of Alabama; and Marelyn Galyon of Harriman, TN; 11 grandchildren and a great grandchild. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Calvary Baptist Church by the Rev. Stanley R. Harvey. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7 to 9 p.m. at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home.
