MERCERSBURG - Miss Rosalie Starr, 71, of 20 E. California St., died at her home this morning at 8 o'clock after a long illness. (March 7, 1963)
Born Aug. 17, 1891, in Fulton County, she was a daughter of the late Barton and Ellen Elizabeth Clevenger Starr.
Surviving are a brother, F. Gilbert Starr, Mercersburg, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. from the Lininger funeral home in charge of the Rev. Harold M. Ladd. Burial will be made in Sideling Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Fulton County.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Friday evening from 7 to 9 o'clcock.
