Services for Alta Rule Herzog, 80, of Paducah were Tuesday at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Glisson officiating. Burial was in Herzog Cemetery.
Mrs. Herzog died at 10:29 p.m. Saturday at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a retired employee at Western Baptist Hospital and a former employee at Charles Todd Uniforms. She was a member of New Concord Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Bill Herzog of Paducah, and two grandsons, William Craig Herzog and Sean David Herzog, both of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Mitchell Herzog; two sisters; and three brothers. Her parents were Alvin Eugene Rule and Ruby Ann Hickerson Rule.
