George Washington Andrew Jackson Foreman Jr. is the son of George Washington Andrew Jackson Forman Sr. and Catherine Sarah Freeman. George married Lorena Jane Waller in Amite County, Mississippi March 31, 1881.

Obituary - George Forman age of 88. Services Held Monday Afternoon At Nazarene Church In Magonlia:

Last rites were said at 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon, Feb. 9th, from the Magnolia Church of the Nazarene for George Washington Foreman Jr., respected citizen of the community.

Mr. Foreman passed away of illness and the infirmities of advanced age at ten o'clock Sunday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J.W. Gates, in Comb. He was 88 years of age.

Rev. V.W. Smith was officiating minister at funeral rites, with the assistance of Rev. Tate, and friends of the family served as pallbearers.

Mr. Foreman leaves six daughters, Mrs. Steve Rollinson, Liberty; Mrs. E. E. Girard, Chippewa Falls, Wise; Mrs. Jessie Bates, Mrs. R. B. Richardson and Mrs. Harry Bates, all of McComb, and Mrs. Frank Weber, Cincinnati, Ohio; a son, H. F. Foreman, Los Angeles, Calif., and a host of other relatives and a large group of sorrowing friends.

Interment was in Magnolia Cemetery with Catchings Funeral Home in charge of services.
