Frank Lee Shewmake 47, Granby died Wednesday at Veterans Hospital Portland Oregon, following open heart surgery. Mr. Shewmake was in Portland for construction work. Survivors include three sons; Terry Shewmake Pittsburg Kansas, Frankie Shewmake Kansas City and Lawrence Lee Shewmake Portland; two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Pelz and Mrs. Ann Linton Boht of Granby; three brothers; Lawrence Shewmake, Paul Shewmake and Gene Shewmake all of Granby and four sisters; Sophia Shewmake, Mrs. Pauline Turner and Mrs. Clytia Jones all of Granby and Mrs. Kay Studerus Tulsa Oklahoma. The body will be returned to Granby.
