Elizabeth was the daughter of William Neill/Neal who came to this country from County Antrim, Ireland in 1741 and Isabella Callender, daughter of Robert Callender and Mary Scull. William and Isabella married about 1774 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Elizabeth was the sister of:
1. Mary Neill who married William Penn Chandler
2. Alexander Neill I, who married Sarah "Sally" Owen
3. Isabella Neill
4. and Robert Callender Neill
Elizabeth died young. Her stone inscription was transcribed on page 65 in the book:
