Helen, the year old daughter of Mr. G. H. Glines whose serous illness was mentioned last week, passed away Friday last. The child has been ill for weeks and death came as a release to the little sufferer.
Funeral was held Sunday last from the ward house. This is the second child called from the family within four days and the bereaved have the sympathy of the community in their hour of trial.
-Vernal Express, May 18, 1899, transcribed by Rhonda Holton
She died of whooping cough a week after her sister Alice died of the same.
