Mrs. Mina Opal Reid, 62, passed away at her home Friday, January 30, 1970. Mrs. Reid was born December 28th 1907, in Denton County, Texas.

Mrs. Reid moved to Wheeler County with her family in 1916. Mrs. Reid was married to Otis Reid. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Wheeler. Survivors were her husband, Otis of Wheeler, 3 daughters, Mrs. Jody Johnson of Iowa Park, Texas, Mrs. Winnie Dodge of Killeen, Texas, 1 son, Harold Reid of Pampa, 2 sisters, Mrs. Ruby Pendleton of Wheeler, Mrs. Pearl Jones of Wheeler, 1 brother, Charlie Bradshaw of Wheeler and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Services were at the Wheeler Church of Christ Sunday February 1, 1970, at 2:30 P, M. Officiating at the service was Carroll Thmason, Minister.

Pall Bearers were Wayne Patterson, Clayton Brad- shaw, Lowell Pendleton, Carroll Pendleton, O. W. Pendleton Jr., and Charles Ray Pendleton. Honorary pallbearers were: Terrell Gunter, Bob Taylor, Bill Hanks, Larry Finsterwald, Wiley McCray and Clarence Holdeman. Burial services were at the Wheeler Cemetery under the direction of Wright- Denson Funeral Home.
