Glen Jerome, 77, 1500 Primrose Lane, died at 9:30 a.m. Wed., Aug. 9 1995 at Perry Memorial Hospital.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Aug. 12, 1995 in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home. Rev Bill Smith officiated. Burial was at Grace Hill Cemetery, Perry Okla. Casket bearers were, John Jerome, Darrin Jerome, Patrick Jerome, Ryan Bay, John Insleman, and Richard Barker. Honary bearers were, Gene Bay, Howard Shore, Jake Bode, Buck Smith, and Argyle Gleason.
Glen was born northwest of Orlando Oklahoma on Nov. 19, 1917. His parents were, Sam & Mamie (Rutherford) Jerome. He attended Orlando schools. On July 29, 1939, he Maxine Barker were married in Jefferson, Okla.
Formerly engaged in farming and ranching, Glen also had been a oilfield worker. He retired from Charles Machine Works in 1984. He was a member of the Orlando Christian Church.
