Hosea died four months before the birth of his daughter, Lucy. His widow remarried to Stephen Abe Stoneking and raised Lucy as "Stoneking" as shown in 1910 and 1920 census. It is not known if Lucy was adopted by Stephen Stoneking, or just raised by and used the surname of her mother and Stephen Stoneking.
After Hiram's death, his widow married Stephen Abe Stoneking, and had several more children.
Note: Some records give marriage of Hosea and Sarah as Mar 1 1898, Sarah is shown as single, living with her widowed mother in 1900. The only known child of Hosea and Sarah was born in 1905, four months after Hosea died.
Cem records give burial as "Stoneking Willey" Cem. There are two Stoneking cemeteries and one Willey cemetery in MaComb/McDonough Co, but none showing a combination of the two names.
Since the burials at Stoneking have consistently been referred to as "Stoneking", the use of the Willey name suggests the burial is in this Willey Cem. If anyone has evidence to prove/disprove this assumption, please contact via the suggestion link. His parents and a brother are in nearby Blackburn cemetery.
