Gale Wheeler, who was raised down near Garfield and moved to Jonesboro, AR, sickened and died there a few days ago. He was brought to Thayer Monday night, out home Tuesday and was buried Wednesday at the Cave Spring Cemetery.
He married a sister of Will and John Jones; to this union six children were born.
He left a wife; children, three brothers, J.D Wheeler; J.A. Wheeler; and Jasper Wheeler; with a host of friends.
