Burt Heiman married Margaret Hinz in 1951. He and Margaret enjoyed square dancing were Charter Members of the Wagon Wheels Square Dance Club. They were members of Trinity Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife and their children, Jeff Crandell of Costa Rica, Joan (DeWayne) Cox of Harbor Springs and David (Theresa) Heiman of Hayden Lake, ID. She also leaves her grandchildren, Anne Cox, David Heiman Jr., Todd Heiman, and Denea Heiman and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded by grandsons, Eric and Jeffrey Cox. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery, South Haven.
