WILLIAM P. HYLAND
ONEIDA, - William P. Hyland, who had been suffering for the last year from disease of the kidney, died about 12 o'clock last night at his home in Durhamville. He was a native of the town of Verona, and for the last twenty-seven years, had been a resident of Durhamville. He is survived by a widow, who has been ill for nearly a month and is now in a critical condition; two daughters, Mrs. Michael Kennedy of Verona, and Miss Kate Hyland of Durhamville; six sons, Alban and Joseph of this place, William and Sylvester of New York, Benjamin of Clyde and Henry of Durhamville, and one sister, Mrs. Margaret (illegible) of Verona. The deceased was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church, at which the funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock on Friday morning. Rev. James A. Kelley officiating, and the remains will be buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, the six sons acting as bearers.
