Born February 8, 1912, Malad, Idaho, to Frank and Mary Dalton Madsen. Married Howard (Spike) Merrill, June 15, 1936, Malad, Idaho.
Survivors: husband, three sons, Max, Norman, both of Riverton; Dee, Sandy; one daughter, Melanie Merrill, Sandy; eight grandchildren, four brothers, Boyd Madsen, San Francisco, Calif.; Dewayne Madsen, Seattle, Washington; Cliff Reed Madsen, Malad, Idaho; Ray Madsen, Pocatello, Id.; one sister, Faye Ward, Malad, Idaho.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 2 p.m., Redwood Memorial Estates Chapel, 6500 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m., and Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. Funeral directors, Memorial Estates Mortuary.
