Funeral services for Iva Louise Starkey 90 of Grapeland, will be held 2:00 PM Monday at Oak Grove Baptist Church, with Jason Villaneuva and Ronnie Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Guiceland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster. Mrs. Starkey passed away Thursday at East Texas Medical Center Crockett. She was born October 7, 1922 in Grapeland, to Lewis Turner and Libbie Jean Owens Turner. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Starkey was preceded in death by her parents and husband Harold J. Starkey. She is survived by daughters Janie Villaneuva, Linda Faye Willis and husband Bryan, Diann Starkey Abbey and Pamela Kay Cheatham and husband Allen, sisters Virginia (Sissy) Vickers and Marie Turner Johnston, brother Jimmy Ray (Sonny) Turner, nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Pallbearers will be Anthony Villaneuva, Jeff Willis, James Henderson, Justin Cheatham, Devin Cerna and Evan Peterson. Honorary pallbearers will be great grandsons. Condolence calls will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday at Bailey & Foster Chapel Grapeland
