Mrs. Marsh was a native of Glascock County, growing up in Hancock County and living most of her adult life in Baldwin County. She was the daughter of the late J.A. and Emma Story Howell and preceded in death by her sisters Ruth Blount and Faye Minter and her brother Cary Story. She was a loving mother to her children, grandchildren, and adopted children.Survivors include her husband Andrew Marsh of Eatonton; daughters Vicki Cheely, Penny Batchelor, and Patricia Ann Batchelor all of Eatonton; sisters Martha Howell of Milledgeville and Rachel McDaniel of Gray; brothers James E. Howell and Danny Howell both of Gray, Ezra Howell of Milledgeville, David Howell of Lavonia, Tim Howell of Humboldt, TN, and Dennis Johnson of Atlanta; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
