Mrs. Margaret Ellen Retalic Ackerman, 50, of Palatka, Florida, entered into rest Sunday, March 3, 1974, in Palatka. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Telfair Street, with the Rev. James R. Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in West View Cemetery. She was a native of Augusta and was a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include her husband, William Ackerman; two brothers, Marshall Retalic, Palatka, and Joe Retalic, Miami, Fla.; and two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Huff, Gainesville, Ga., and Mrs. Mary Kessinger, Peoria, Illinois.
