She came with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Schroder, to Kansas when she was about 4 years of age. She has lived in Jackson county all her life since. On March 26, 188, she was united in marriage to W. R. George .. When just a girl she made her confession and united with the M. E. church at Buckeye .. She leaves beside her husband, one brother, W. A. Schroder, Sioux City, Iowa; Mrs. S. P. Lane, Long Breach, Calif.; Mrs. Reka DeGraw, Soldier; Mrs. J. W. Ewing, Fulton, Wyo., Mrs. W. M. Plummer, Sioux City, Iowa .. Burial was made in the Soldier cemetery.
