Poolville-V.M. "Curley" Jewett, a longtime Poolville resident, died Tuesday at an Azle nursing home. He was 86.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Agnes Baptist Church in the Agnes Community. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery in Parker County.
White's Funeral Home in Springtown is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Jewett was born in Temmessee and had lived in the Springtown and Poolville area since 1947. He was a
retired dairyman.
Survivors:Son, Clifford H. Jewett of Poolville; four brothers, Elliott Jewett of Portales, N.M., Howard Jewett of Agnes, Elton Jewett of Fort Worth, and Frank Jewett of Burleson; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
