Mrs. Susanna Busser, widow of the late W. W. Busser, of Hatville, Leacock township, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Emaline Burkholder, at Farmersville, on Thursday morning at 5 o'clock after an illness of 10 days of infirmities due to advancing years, aged 82 years, 7 months and 24 days. Deceased was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Josiah Powl, who resided about 50 years ago on the Roland farm at Hoober's mill. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran church, this boro, and was a very affable and helpful woman, who had a host of friends in this community.
She is survived by one brother, Samuel Powl, of Lancaster, one sister, Mrs. Burkholder. The funeral will take place on Monday, to meet at the home at 12 o'clock, noon, where brief private services will be held, public service at Zeltenreich's church, at 1:30 p.m. Funeral director James C. Henninger will be in charge.
