Mrs. Erma H. Hiestand, 84, Washington Manor North, Dayton, died at 1:45 a.m. Thursday at the Kettering Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Hiestand was a former resident of the Rossburg area and a member of the Ansonia United Church of Christ. She was a past Matron of the Ansonia Order of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of William Hiestand who died in 1969.

She is survived by one daughter, Keitha M. York, Kettering; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Miss Jane E. Thompson, Dayton.

Services will be at the Oliver Funeral Home, Ansonia, on Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Leonard A. Cook officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery.

Friends may call after 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
