Timothy is the son of Deacon Jonathan and Anna (Worth) Weare. He and Sarah were married January 28, 1802.

•William Horace who was born in Andover June 24, 1819 and died in Tilton Feb. 12, 1893. He married on November 29, 1855, Sarah Weare daughter of John and Lydia (Buzzell) Weare of Hampton Falls. She was born May 24, 1831 and died December 21, 1905.

•Mary Jane who was born October 24, 1829 and died May 2, 1896. She married January 1, 1857, Stephen Smith Sanborn. There were no children.
