24 Dec 1920: Peter W. H. Bordner, of Myerstown, died at an early hour this morning at his home, after an illness of four months. He was 61 years of age and suffered several strokes of paralysis. The late Mr. Bordner was a native of Bethel, Berks County, but a resident of Myerstown for the past 24 years. He was a member of the Tulpehocken Reformed church, of Lebanon Valley Lodge, No. 112, Knights of Pythias, and leaves his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Frank B. Uhrich. He was employed at one time at the Bethlehem steel plant. The funeral will take place on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in charge of Rev. H. J. Welker. [Lebanon Daily News]
