Funeral services for Mrs. Harry J. (Opal Pauline) Harding, 55, of rural Warrensburg, will be 1 p.m. Monday in the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. today. Burial will be in Illini Cemetery.

Mrs. Harding died at 1:10 a.m. Saturday in Decatur and Macon County Hospital.

She was born May 7, 1910, in Boody, a daughter of Irvin Lee and Esther Sophia Furstenberg Burks. She had lived in the Warrensburg area for the past 25 years.

Mrs. Harding was a member of the Warrensburg Methodist Church. She and Harry J. Harding were married on November 25, 1936 in Boody.

She leaves her husband; mother, Mrs. I.L. Burks, of Warrensburg; son, Edward L., of Maroa; brothers, Donald Burks, of Decatur, Sgt. Elmo Burks, of Hyattsville, MD.; sisters, Mrs. Charles (Helen) Cross, of Warrensburg, and Mrs. Joe (Zelma) Hursh and Mrs. Robert (Norma) Knop, both of Decatur; and one grandchild.
