Mrs. Elizabeth F. Miller, wife of John A. Miller, died suddenly of heart disease early Wednesday morning at her home about one mile north of Bridgewater.

She had been in frail health since last Thanksgiving Day and it was known that she was afflicted with heart trouble, but there was little to indicate that the end was so near. She was far from well Tuesday night, but was able to be up and walked about in her room at 1 o’clock yesterday morning. One hour afterward she was cold in death. She was 64 years old on the 8th day of last November.

The funeral was held at 11 o’clock yesterday morning in the German Baptist Church at Bridgewater. The services were conducted by Rev. Jacob M. Kagey.

From early life Mrs. Miller had been a member of the German Baptist Church and at the time of her death she was a member of that denomination. She was a kind-hearted woman, highly useful in her community and her death will cause sincere regret to a large circle of acquaintances and friends.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband, four sons, A.M. Silas B.; Wm. F. and Solomon Miller, Bridgewater; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Wright, Weyers Cave, and Miss Mary E. Miller, who lives at home; two sisters, Mrs. A. R. Hollen, Bridgewater, and Mrs. Aaron Ringgold, Spring Creek; and sixteen grandchildren.
