She was born Dec. 17, 1903, in Barnes, Pa., the daughter of George and Catherine Barber Fink. A Warren resident most of her life, she had been employed by J.C. Penny for 25 years, and retired from Betty Lees. She had also been a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and her grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Lois Thompson of New Castle; a son, James Tingwell of Warren; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence R. Tingwell, whom she married April 18, 1922, and who died Oct. 5, 1951; her second husband, Joseph Mullen, whom she married March 1955, and who died September 1955; four brothers: Harry, Earl, Walter and Clifford Fink; four sisters: Emma Slack, Irene Rassmuson, Dorothy Tingwell and Hazel Bonavita; and a stepdaughter, Marcella Leslie.
