ACHSAH CRITES
Funeral services for Mrs. Fred (Achsah) I. Crites of Gildford will be conducted on Monday at 2 p.m. at the Gildford Baptist Church.
Interment will be in the Gildford Cemetery.
Mrs. Crites, 82, died Thursday in a Great Falls hospital.
She was born in Iowa on July 7, 1899 and as a young girl moved to Montana. She spent her years as a youth in South Dakota.
She was married to Fred V. Crites on Sept. 3, 1918. They farmed north of Gildford.
Mr. Crites died in 1961. Also a daughter and three sons preceded her in death.
Survivors are 10 children, including the following:
Vern I. Crites, Kennewick, Wash., Cleona M. Poore, Zurich, Harold H. Crites, Vancouver, Wash., Lois L. Olson, Havre, Dorothy Kidd, Gildford, Dorene V. Rutter, Duluth, Minn., LaRena Stewart, Havre, June A. Youso, Havre, Richard M. Crites, Moses Lake, Wash., and Jeanne R. Johnston, Great Falls. Also surviving are many grandchildren and great grand children.

Funeral services for Achsah Crites were conducted in the Gildford First Baptist church Monday afternoon with the Rev. Conrad Rhoads officiating.
Interment was in Gildford Cemetery.
Paul Miller was accompanist. Joe Johnston accompanying himself on the guitar sang, "In the Garden" and "Near the Cross."
Pallbearers were Lloyd Olson, Allan Kidd, Gorden Stewart, Mark Youso, Bruce Stewart and Ronald Youso.
Honorary pallbearers were Donald Swinney, Charles Griffith and Harry Youso.
