In the 60's Rance was a successfull musical artist, with his top ten hit ( May I Keep You ) as well as Door's, Prisoner Of The Roses, I Should Have Said, See The Morning Shine, Come On In, Aunt Dodie, Moses, Annie's Way. And many other hit's Many you can find on youtube.com

Rance built this home in 1981 in Vernal Utah, He loved his home and was proud to live in a home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright one of only three in Utah.

Rance, Loved to fish, And he loved his Boat a 1966 28' foot Californian, Hull number 12 of only fourteen ever built, He proudly named her CHARING CROSS, after a park in the center of London, that he so dearly loved. She had two 350 corvette full inboard engines. No one could catch as many Macs as Rance. He used a secret Bait, that he and I only knew.

Rance, with one of the many Macs he would catch. He would always catch and release. Its says alot about the kind of person he was..He loved all things of this earth.

In 2000, Rance and Marty started a company called Bloom Master, A new type of Hanging basket, That would make the world a more beautiful place. Rance had always wanted to leave this world a little more colorful then he found it. ( Rance you did! )
