Loving mother and mother-in-law of Eugenio Cesar II and his wife, Cheryl of Hayward, and Ronald Cesar and his wife, Michelle of San Leandro. Cherished grandmother of Gene and Christina. Dear sister of Cynthia Bellmer of Bakersfield. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was a member of I.B.E.W. Union for 30 years and retired from for Wellmade Corporation after 30 years. A longtime parishioner of St. Alphonsus Liguori, San Leandro. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Thursday, March 9, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Machado's HILLSIDE CHAPEL, 1051 Harder Rd., Hayward.
