Addie Lopez, age 90, of Plant City, died Thursday, March 15 at Melech Hospice House in Temple Terrace. Born in Cedar Key, Mrs. Lopez came to Oak Hill as a child and moved to Plant City in 1987. A homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Oak Hill, she loved and was loved by family and friends. Survivors include her son, Donald and wife, Marilyn, with whom she lived; a granddaughter, Lauren Brigante and husband, Joey, of Winter Haven; and two great-grandchildren, C. J. And Nickolas Brigante, also of Winter Haven. She was preceded in death be her husband, William, in 2003. A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 23 at Oak Hill Cemetery with the Reverend Donald Shobert officiating. Pallbearers will be Leon Hutchinson, Albert Hutchinson, Bill Meade, Ron Ramsey, Andy Brigante, and Andrew Brigante. Following the service, there will be a further celebration of life at the Oak Hill Village Improvement Association Hall. Memorials may be sent to LifePath Hospice, 12973 North Telecom Parkway, Suite 100, temple Terrace, FL 33637-9975.
