She was born on March 31, 1967 in Bloomington, IL a daughter of Lawrence G. and Dorothy Jording Roth.
Survivors include her parents of El Paso, her significant other, Tim Cass of Roanoke; one daughter, Caylyn Cass of Roanoke , two brothers, David and John Roth both of El Paso; one nephew, Matthew Roth; one niece, Rachel Roth; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Debra was an EPHS graduate in 1985. She was previously employed by Heritage Manor, Roanoke Apostolic Christian Home, and Citizens Bank of Bloomington.
She was a loving mother and enjoyed her cats.
