The funeral of the late Edward H.Hinchliff, whose body was taken to Spangle for burial in the family plot in the cemetery at that place, was held Sunday afternoon from the residence of his sister, Mrs. John B. Butler, and was conducted by Spangle lodge I.O.O.F., of which deceased was a member. Mr. Hinchliff was a member of the Colfax Band, which organization escorted his remains to the depot last Friday morning. The funeral was postponed until Sunday, awaiting the arrival of Miss Lola Hinchliff from San Francisco.
