"Hartwick.
Mrs. Catharine, wife of F. N. Bissell, was buried here on the 6th inst. She had suffered much with gangrene in one of her feet, but was confined to her bed but a few days. She had lived well nigh four score years. Mrs. B. was a quiet, cheerful christian lady, whose influence was best felt and known for good in her own immediate circle of friendship, among her neighbors and her children. Her funeral services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Gill of the M. E. church."
