Photo taken Sept. 1986 when Ebba was age 82. It was taken by a professional photographer for the Immanuel Lutheran Church's bulletin (according to Ebba's note on the back). This church was built in the late 1920's, about the time that the Nelson family moved to Kansas City, Missouri from Marquette, Kansas. See the last paragraph here. (Rev. Ostlin ended up in Iowa.)

"The ... photo is (as you can see) of Ebba. On the back it reads: "Ebba, (photo) taken on her 83rd birthday. Standing by "Gamla (old) Råröd" my mothers and Eve´s mothers childhood home. Mother had this portrait with her when she came to America in September 1902." Mattias Åkerblom

Ebba at her wedding to John Edwin "Andy" Anderson in Salina, Ks. On the far right is her younger brother William Conrad August Nelson, and on the far left is HIS wife Ellen. The couple was married on December 22, 1956 by the Rev. John R. Benson.
