Uncle Wilber was the fourth and last son of Grover and Myrle Huff. After Wilber they had three daughters including my mother, Sarah (Sallie). Mom wrote some things down for us several years ago and said of Wilber:

"My brother, Wilber, died at 16 or 17. In later years, because of the way he had deteriorated, Mother thought that he had MS. I can remember him walking a little. Then he had a board that he scooted around on. Then he fell over and broke his leg. After that Dad made him a wheel chair. His body gradually deteriorated til he couldn't do much of anything. He was smart though. He had double pneumonia, and was so weak he couldn't throw it off."

Wilber was interred in the Wilber family plot at the Whistler Cemetery. The Wilber family were friends of Grandpa and Granny Huff. DWS
