Pearlie Jones Bynum, 84, of Mendenhall, homemaker, died Saturday, August 5, 1995, of Alzheimers at State Nursing Home in Rankin County.

Services were 11 a.m., Monday, August 7, 1995, at Kennedy Springs Baptist Church with burial in church cemetery. Mims Mitchell Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

Mrs. Bynum was a native of Covington County and a member of Kennedy Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, V.A. Bynum of Mendenhall; one daughter, Nell Tyrone of Jackson; three sons, Albert L. Bynum of Jackson, James A. Bynum of Mize, Royce H. Bynum of Mendenhall; 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
