HARTSELLE-Jerry Sparkman, 14, Hartselle 4, died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at a Decatur Hospital.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Oak Ridge Methodist Church with Rev. David Atkins and Rev. Buel Gladney officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery with Peck directing.
Survivors include the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson Sparkman, Hartselle 4; three sisters, Miss Shirley Sparkman, Miss Deborah Sparkman, and Miss June Elizabeth Sparkman, Hartselle 4; two brothers, Fredie Eugene Sparkman, and Loyd Glenn Sparkman, Hartselle 4; grandparents, Mrs. Fred Sparkman, and Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Hartselle, Hartselle 4.
The body will be taken to the residence of Mrs. Mamie King, today and will remain there until time for services.
