Julia Ann Ross was born June 19, 1861. She married William Rufus Dixon on October 16, 1884. They were the parents of; Mattie E. (Thrasher), born 1885, John Calvin II, born 1888, Sarah A. (Stone), born 1891, Adlai S., born 1893, Minnie A. (May), born 1896, Eunice I. (Harris), born 1898, and Adrian Rudolph Dixon, born 1901. They had thirty grandchildren by 1940, and they lived in Elizabeth, AR, at that time. Many of the family lived in Pauls Valley, OK. Sarah and Adrian's families lived in Doplh, and Minnie lived in Calico Rock, AR. Julie lived to be about 90 years of age. May she rest in peace.
