She was a short and round with high cheekbones, dark hair and brown eyes. She had asthma very bad. Per doctors orders she smoked mint cigarettes in the closet because she was embarrassed. She worked in the beet fields along with her husband and family members.
One son Emanuel, b. 11 August 1903, Otis, Rush Co., Kansas. He died 23 June 1930, Parson State Hospital, Parson, Labette Co., Kansas. He is buried there # 278. He died from a farm accident to the right side of his head causing brain damage. Lottie's two oldest children, Molly & Alex, d. young. Total of 10 children.
