Donnie was the son of Grady H. Leonard & Odessa Montgomery. He married Flora Lewis on 14 October 1949 in Altus, Jackson Co., OK and they had one child.

Donnie Lee Leonard, 66, Yukon, died Sunday at Bethany Health Center, Bethany.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Hinton-Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Eddie Reichert officiating. Burial will be at Niles Cemetery, Hinton, under the direction of the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home, Hinton.
Leonard was born Dec. 14, 1929, at Olustee to Grady and Odessa Montgomery Leonard.
He moved to Altus from Olustee in 1947 and later moved to Yukon.
Leonard was married to Floria Lewis on Oct. 14, 1949, at Altus. He was a retired mobil home salesman and a member of the Masonic Lodge 62 in Altus. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Altus.
Leonard had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his father Grady Leonard in 1976.
Survivors include his wife, Floris, of the home; a daughter, Donna Wright and husband Danny, Hinton; his mother, Odessa Leonard, Lawton; two grandchildren, Lonnie and Libby Wright, both of Hinton, and a brother, Doyle Ray Leonard, Elgin.
