Geneva Baker, age 38, died Monday, September 8, 1987, at her residence in Okolona. She was a homemaker and a member of Clark Chapel M. B. Church.
Services were held Saturday at Clark Chapel M. B. Church with the Rev. L. C. Cook officiating. Burial was in Clark Chapel Cemetery. Westbrooks Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Willie C. Baker of Okolona;one son, Willie C. Baker, Jr. of Okolona; six daughters, Bernadette Baker, Celeste Baker,Freda Baker, Delcine Baker, Della Weese Baker and Winifred Baker all of Okolona;her mother, Della Moore of West Point;six sisters,Odesser Lowe, Florence Moore,Erma Jones and AngelineHouston,all of Okolona,U'Lander Cannon of West Point and Gwendolyn Sanders of Freeport,IL;five brothers,James Moore, George Moore,Jr., Harold Ray Moore, James Kelvin Moore and Bennett E.
