On November 4, 1892 she was united in marriage to John Anderson of this city and to this union three children were born, all of whom are left to mourn her passing. The children are Mrs. Axel Nelson (Helga) of Fergus Falls; Sidney of Warren; and Mrs. Clarence Simpson (Elsie) of Thief River Falls. There are also three grandchildren; one brother John Wassgren of Lake Negagomon, Wisconsin; one sister, Mrs. Anna Berg of Tacoma, Wash., besides other relatives and a host of friends.

Mrs. Anderson was a good mother and a true friend. She loved to serve others. Peace to her memory. 'O Friend of souls! how blest the time When in Thy love I rest! When from my weariness I climb E'en to Thy tender breast! The night of sorrow endeth there, Thy rays outhine the sun; And in Thy pardon and Thy care, The heaven of heavens is won.' "
