Born on November 24, 1938, in Memphis, Texas, in 1948 Sue moved with her family to Elk Grove, where she attended Elk Grove Elementary School. In 1957 she graduated from Elk Grove High School, where she was active in band and played on the hockey, track and softball teams.
She loved raising her family in the country.
Sue was an active member of the LDS church where she enjoyed serving others.
Preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Thomas Watkins and parents J.B. and Ora Lee Crabb, she is survived by children Laura, Tom, Sheri, Pam and Kelli, brothers Wayne, Donnie and Tommie, 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, including one on the way.
