Mildred was the daughter of Andrew Emil Nelson and Ellen Christine (Thulean)Nelson. She married Joseph Oman Feb. 11, 1915 in Princeton, IL. They had two sons, Joseph Jr. and Vern Richard and a daughter, Ellen (Oman) Harl. She had lived in the New Boston and Winigan communities for about 90 years. Her obituary said she died at Maranatha Manor, Brookfield, Missouri.
