MRS. BEULAH L. MCLEOD
Funeral Services were held April 25 from the Trinity Methodist Church for Mrs. Beulah Louise McLeod, of Nocatee, who died at Arcadia General Hospital Thursday, April 13. Rev. P.M. Boyd, Rev. George Harper and Rev. Raymond L Hayes officiated.
Mrs. McLeod lived all her life in Tampa and DeSoto County. She was born April 18, 1881, and was a member of Seminole Heights Methodist Church in Tampa.
Survivors were her children, Jerry McLeod, W.H. McLeod, H.R. McLeod, J.B. McLeod and Warren McLeod, all of Tampa, Dr. J.M. McLeod of Jacksonville; Mr. I.E. Williams of Oklahoma City, Mr. H.D. Rice, Tampa, Mrs. Dan Wheeler of Tampa, and Mrs. E.C. Welles, Jr., of Arcadia and 27 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; one brother, Bill Wright of Ft. Myers; four sisters, Mrs. Frank Daniels, Ft. Myers, Mrs. D.L. Hammell, Ft. Myers, Mrs Louise Barley, Ft. Myers and Mrs. Lou Post, New York City.
Pallbearers were her six sons. Robarts-Grady Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
