Daughter of Joseph Herbert and Hannah Elizabeth Collins Lane, wife of Kenneth Wagner.

MARION - Hazel Lane Wagner, 84, died Monday April 21, 1997, at Marion County Nursing Center after an illness. She was born in Dillon County a daughter of the late Joseph and Hannah Elizabeth Collins Lane. She was the widow of Kenneth Wagner.

She was a graduate of Marion High School and was a tutor of the Adult Education Program of Marion. Mrs Wagner retired as a secretary at Pee Dee Dairies Inc. after many years. She was owner and operator of Quality Fabrics Inc. and past president of the Marion Pilot Club. She was a member of Marion Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher.

Survivors include a brother, J. Legrand Lane of Marion.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Marion Baptist Church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
